欧亚达陈忠新：不忘实业方得创业始终

现在提到“实业”两个字你会想到什么，担忧还是信心?“实体经济会带着所有经济向前走，机会总是给准备好的人。”——广东欧亚达电器有限公司董事长陈忠新如是说。

实业现在面临国际化竞争，市场的需求不振，产能过多，大家又是用一种同质化来大打价格战。这两种情绪都在预料之内，当前世界也好，内部也好，经济复苏比较缓慢，实业经济的困难较多。但是有信心，过去一些过分强调虚拟经济，现在大家认识到了要加强实体经济，虚拟经济不可能创造真正的财富。

在陈董看来，要想实现中华民族伟大复兴，企业要真正成为老店，实业在其中应是核心的。但过去这么多年，我们发现坚守实业很困难，一个企业不搞房地产项目，不搞点资本经营，就感觉过去这么多年一个很大的机会没有把握住。

市场、品牌、技术、资金、物流、人才，这几大要素在实业发展的过程当中常常会在不同的阶段扮演不同的角色。在实业的发展过程中，哪个要素是困扰陈忠新的?

在陈董看来，人才是欧亚达发展实体经济永恒的主题，是相对的，他认为市场、品牌、技术、资金、物流、人才这六个要素都是发展实体经济不可稀缺的东西。

“欧亚达”是广东欧亚达厨卫有限公司旗下品牌。公司成立于1998年，现座落在中山市黄圃镇吴栏工业区，占地面积22000多平米，员工有300多人。

1998年，在享有“家电王国”之称的广东顺德容桂镇创办专业燃气具电器厂。

2002年，在中山黄圃镇大雁工业区成立了燃气热水器面板、底壳五金冲压工厂，规模名列行业前沿，做到了热水器产业一条龙，彻底实现工厂燃气热水器一站式生产。

2006年，在中山黄圃镇大岑工业区成立了燃气灶具面板、底壳五金冲压工厂，做到了灶具产业一条龙，彻底做到工厂燃气灶具一站式生产。

2013年，公司在中山市黄圃镇吴栏工业区智慧之选建设新工厂，全新定位、全新策划高端厨卫品牌“欧亚达”。公司强势主推，力争欧亚达成为行业的高端品牌。
